Quick Breads -Tuesday, March 13
What tastes better than home baked goodies? Learn the age-old art of baking quick breads which are tasty and cost efficient. Bring an apron and container to take home goodies such as muffins, pop overs, quick breads, and biscuits.
Yeast Breads and Rolls-Tuesday, March 20
Nothing smells better than warm bread baking in the oven. Yeast bread and rolls are a staple in most American homes, but many lack the nutrients to make it a healthy part of their diet. Purchased products are expensive and loaded with fats and preservatives, so learn how to make healthy, hearty bread for your family. I have students come back and tell me they no longer purchase bread!
Cakes-Tuesday, March 27
Many of us remember our Mother making a scratch cake for our birthday or other special occasion. Stop buying those cakes that are loaded with too much icing and preservatives. Treat your family to a masterpiece and make new memories. Learn the dump cake and creamed butter techniques of making a cake from scratch. Bring your apron and a cake plate or container to take home your goodies.
